Leamington Spa Cultural Quarter
The Leamington Spa Cultural Quarter forms the centre of the
town. The Regency architecture and spectacular parks are the
setting for over eighty creative businesses.
The Spencer Yard project was completed on time and to budget
in partnership with Regenesis,
the Old Town regeneration project. This will contain six offices,
training and rehearsal spaces and leaseholders include Motionhouse
Dance Theatre Company, Sez_U Theatre Company and Heartbreak
Productions.
..Warwick's economic development office, together with Regenesis,
has been working on the development of business incubation
units for start-up, high-tech and creative industries to be
based in Althorpe Street, Leamington

The Design Team for Spencer Yard has been led by Robotham
Architecture, a Warwick-based company, whose recent work
includes an administration building at Warwick Hospital and
the new print facilities at Warwickshire College.
