Open Countryside Initiative
Stoneleigh Park, owned by the Royal Agricultural Society
of England, and best known as home to the Royal Show, is to
be transformed into the "Home of Rural Excellence".
The intention is to create a one-stop international destination
for business and innovation and the most comprehensive countryside
experience in the UK.
Components will include an innovation centre and park, international
quality equine facilities, major exhibition and conference
facilities and a major platform for the promotion of all that
is best in the British countryside and British food.
